Sectional garage door repair SydneyPanels, tracks & hinges. Fixed, not replaced.
Sectional doors have more moving parts than any other door: panels, hinges, rollers, tracks and springs. We repair the part that failed, not the whole door. Same-day service across Sydney, a written fixed-price quote and a 1-Year Labour Warranty.
Tell us what is wrong
More moving parts. More ways to fail.
A sectional door is a stack of panels joined by hinges. Rollers on the hinges run in a track that goes up the side of the opening, curves at the top and runs back under the ceiling. Springs and cables do the lifting, and the opener guides the door along that path.
When one of those parts wears or gets knocked out of line, the whole door feels it. A bent track makes the rollers bind. A cracked hinge lets two panels twist. A dented bottom panel can stop the door sealing or push it off the track. The good news is that the design is modular, so most faults are fixed by repairing or replacing just the part that failed.
That is how we quote. We find the cause, show you the smallest fix that will last, and only talk about a new door if the old one is genuinely beyond repair. You see the options and the price in writing before any work starts.
“Fix the part that failed. Keep the door you have.”
Panels that fold around a curve.
Front view and side profile of a sectional door, half open. These are the six parts we check on every sectional repair.
Repair first. Replace only when you must.
Many quotes jump straight to a new door. These are the standards we hold instead on every sectional repair.
What is your door telling you?
Match what you see or hear below, then call us or send a photo on WhatsApp. If the door is off the track or hanging crooked, stop using it until we have looked at it.
Door off the tracks
Rollers have come out of the track, often after a car bump or a bent rail. The door can jam or fall. Do not run the opener.
URGENTTop panel pulling away
The top bracket has failed or torn out of the panel. The door can drop without warning. Leave it closed and call us.
URGENTSagging on one side
A broken cable, a weak spring or a failed hinge is letting one side drop. The load is uneven and parts are under strain.
URGENTDented or buckled panel
A car, a ball or a storm has bent a panel. Usually a single panel replacement, not a new door.
COMMONBinds or reverses halfway
A bent track, a tight radius or a seized roller makes the door stick, so the opener reverses as a safety measure.
COMMONGrinding or squealing
Worn rollers, dry hinges or worn bearings. One of the most common faults and one of the simplest to fix.
MODERATECracked or loose hinge
Hinges crack from age and strain. Left alone, the panels twist and the door starts to bind or sag.
MODERATEDraughts, dust or water
Bottom or side seals have perished in the sun. Water and pests get in under the door. A simple seal renewal.
MINORFrom the first call to a smooth door, usually the same day.
Every sectional repair follows the same four steps: a chat and a photo, an inspection and fixed price, the repair, and a full test.
Call or send a photo
A real technician picks up. Tell us the brand if you know it, or send a photo on WhatsApp and we will help identify the door and the fault.
Inspect & quote
We check the panels, hinges, rollers, tracks, springs and cables, then give you a written fixed price for the smallest fix that will last.
Repair on the spot
Common rollers, hinges and seals come with us in the van, so most repairs are done on the first visit. Panels are matched to your door.
Tested & explained
We run the door through its full travel, check balance and alignment, and walk you through what we did. Backed by a 1-Year Labour Warranty.
A new door isn’t always the answer. Often it’s one part.

The four sectional repairs we do most.
A dented, cracked or rusted panel swapped on its own and matched to your door’s colour and profile.
Worn rollers and cracked or dry hinges replaced. The fastest way to turn a noisy door into a quiet one.
Bent tracks straightened or replaced, brackets re-anchored and the radius set so the door runs true.
Perished seals renewed to keep out water and dust, and failed top brackets replaced before the door drops.
What Sydney says about the team.
Daniyel and Johny came in emergency services at night time. Very good price, very professional. Total love it. Fixed garage very soon.
Daniel and Johnny just fixed our garage door which was a mess. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again for the great job boys!
Excellent service! Very professional, reliable and easy to deal with, friendly, punctual and explained everything clearly. Really happy and would definitely recommend.
Sectional faults rarely travel alone.
A bent track strains the rollers, a sagging side points to a cable or spring, and a dented panel can knock the door off line. One call covers it all.

The sectional questions we hear most often.
Question not listed? Tell us your door brand and what you heard or saw. Call 0485 000 933.
Can one damaged panel be replaced, or do I need a whole new door?
In most cases, just the damaged panel. That is the point of a sectional design. We match the replacement to your door’s make, profile and colour, and only recommend a new door when several panels are damaged or the door’s structure is compromised.
How much does sectional door repair cost in Sydney?
It depends on the fault and the parts. A roller and hinge service is a very different job to a panel replacement or a track rebuild. We inspect the door, explain the options and give you a written fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
How long does a sectional door repair take?
Most repairs are finished on the first visit, often the same day you call. We carry common rollers, hinges and seals in the van. If a panel has to be ordered to match your door, we make the door safe in the meantime and tell you when it will be fitted.
Do you repair all sectional door brands?
Yes. We repair B&D, Steel-Line, Gliderol, Centurion, DoorWorks and other common sectional doors across Sydney. Not sure what you have? Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will identify it.
Can you colour-match a replacement panel?
Yes. We match the panel to your door’s colour, profile and texture. On older doors where the paint has faded, a new panel can look slightly brighter at first. We will tell you what to expect before we order, and suggest the best placement if a perfect match is not possible.
My sectional door makes a loud grinding noise. What is causing it?
Usually one of three things: worn rollers, dry or damaged hinges, or worn bearings on the spring shaft. Rollers and hinges are among the simplest repairs we do, and the difference in noise is usually obvious straight away.
Do you fix sectional doors after a car hits them?
Yes, it is one of our most common jobs. We check the panels, the tracks and the hinges. Often only one or two panels need replacing and the track can be straightened. We can give you a written, itemised quote to pass on to your insurer.
What warranty do you give on sectional repairs?
Every sectional repair carries our 1-Year Labour Warranty, plus the manufacturer’s warranty on any new parts such as panels, hinges, rollers or springs.
Keep the door. Fix what failed.
A quick call or a photo, a technician with common parts in the van, and a written fixed price for the smallest fix that will last. Tested and explained before we leave. The honest fix Sydney families have trusted since 2009.
